I’d get it zero if I could made me pay a $60 deposit even though nothing supposed to be asked for proceeded to keep $60 deposit because I ruined a sheet when I didn’t floor was messed up. Bathroom was disgusting had hair in it. There was bugs, crawling all around carpets messed up and so is the chairs. Do not stay here.

We arrived and were immediately double charged. They refused to help and told us to call the management company. We did just that and got the same runaround. So we called the booking site and argued with the staff but to no avail. They were hostile and short with us. There was a glass vial and piss all over the room. There were hookers and drug deals the entire time. We addressed this but again they were not helping anything. I would give this a negative one if possible. NEVER go here.

Good and friendly service, very nice and helpful people, however the room was very dirty. Dirty toilet, there was black tar all over the shower head, dirty bed and filthy floor, the room smelled very bad. I had to buy an air freshener. The only reason why i didn’t change rooms was because i needed a ground level room and didn’t expect much change unfortunately with any other room. The location looks like a war zone but of course that’s not the hotels fault, that is the cities problem. Just not a safe location or worth the cheap lodging, due to poor cleanliness.

Positive: Location Negative: I killed two cockroaches in my room. That’s pretty terrible.

This place is by far my worst experience in a motel.. the rooms are completely outdated not to mention the one they gave me.. the floor was making music while walking. The walls were molded, the bed was broken had a dip in the middle.. homeless ppl all over the property… with all that being said I didn’t want to complain. Few mins in I saw a RAT 🐀 RUNNING AROUND IN MY ROOM!!!!!This place needs a complete renovation!!! with all that said they made no effort to give me a discount!! This place needs to do better!
