I am struggling as a single mom surviving and I leave my room for 1.5 hours. I asked them to fix the sink it was backing up and spitting out back pipe and it smelled. I leave for awhile come back? The maintenance manager which was the only body to enter my room? Stole everything from me! I didn’t have anything left to take from me! Took apple products- iPhone 16 & earbuds all with Find My in real time! I tracked them every location even residences that I’m assuming with factual info is their very own residence! How dumb. Brought the 16 back to motel- I come tracking it into the building of the office I’m showing the night clerk (3/2/16) he says very short to me that there is nothing in the building adamantly and I am showing him find my walking to my phone in real time! I've traveled all over the world including remote areas of China, this was the second worst hotel I've ever stayed at but with the worst workers ever. The rooms needed work, they never cleaned them or emptied the trash cans or changed towels during our 4 days. When the smoke alarm woke us up around 4 am they would not change the battery so it kept going off every 28 seconds. Next day they promised to fix it or change our room while we were out but when we got back they hadn't fixed it then they refused to give us a different room. The lady at the front desk claimed she was the manager and refused to give us a different room even though the hotel was half full. She was very belligerent and could care less that we had a smoke alarm going off in our room. |Wyndham needs to drop this hotel as

Rooms are big but aren’t cleaned well. My sheets had stuff on them n when I pulled blankets back rubber band fell out. The decorative thing on bottom of bed had skin crumbs on it. The faucet to sink was cheap and loose. Night time staff, the guy, is freaking awesome daytime are ignorant and rude. She doesn’t allow a minute past check out time even though some sites say noon check out. She doesn’t want to work with you at all Evelin emergency situations which is sad because sometimes you need a little more time to get money and I would’ve stayed there for weeks. It’s a shame how she is. Tell her your packing and she gives you five minutes. The price of this motel is not worth what you get. That woman needs to learn customer service skills. So the rooms are pretty nice for $70.00 a night. I rented the room because it was close to my job and I was trying to stay one more night so . And in the morning I didn't know I was going to be called back into work so I had called and tried to pay for the room over the phone and they wouldn't let me and so she packed up my room after telling me that it would be fine if I paid for the room when I get done with work and when I got over there she said she wasnt giving me my stuff back without paying for the night . I would have. Been fine with that if I would have been able to stay in the room but she just wanted me to pay the for the room and not be able to utilize it , this place would be doing itself a huge improvement if they got rid of the manager she will be the reason I dont come back
