Tiny little place was perfect for family reunion stay, & outdoor lake area was sweet. Town converted a scout camp for nearby vast park -- & do not miss Franconia Sculpture Park, free & amazing down the road.

Super clean! Staff takes pride in their work. Friendly. Great place to book a room! The building is WELL maintained the bedding is CLEAN. I will get a room here again, cannot say that about most of the motels/hotels for the price. Super 8 good job finding attentive staff who strive for greatness in the workplace. Their pride shows in their work! This stay definitely helped to set the New Year off right!

We stayed here for about 4 days while visiting family. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good—English muffins, bread, Wuaker instant oatmeal, waffles as well as frozen eggs and sausage patties that can be heated up in the microwave. We enjoyed making a sausage-egg English muffin sandwich each morning. I recommend adding sliced cheese to the menu. That would have rounded off my breakfast sandwiches. Our room was apparently one of the smaller ones. We chose the economy option, but had I known that the room wasn’t much bigger than the bed, I might have been looked at other options. Still we had a desk and a fridge in the room. We will be back in the area again, and we’ll stay here again.

My mother in law, wife and I stayed while on our trip. Pam was super friendly and accommodating. The guests were helpful and friendly as well. If you're in the area give it a stay. Sincerely The Parkers from KS

We stopped at this hotel for just a couple of hours to catch some rest during a long ride, and it was exactly what we needed. As bikers, comfort, convenience, and quick check-in are everything when you're on the road—nd this place delivered.The staff didn’t make a fuss about our short stay and were super understanding of our situation.Big thumbs up for the safe parking area. We felt confident leaving our bikes while we rested.
