As usual, the staff at this location are phenomenal! Their staff; Maria, Vicky, & Christina are always readily available to assist you. These ladies always come through & never disappoint. The rooms are clean & comfy. The food in Victoria’s Restaurant is delicious & reasonably priced. Their servers, Theresa & Bennie, are very friendly & ready to take your order.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This place is DISGUSTING, unsafe and unsanitary. The staff are unprofessional! All the negative and low reviews posted are accurate. They received over $200 cash and we left same day. I was told Vicki would refund us our money this morning but thats a lie. She said the owner would call me back, well that was over 12 hours ago and no call. I called multiple times just to be hung up on. When I checked out (same day) I showed the pictures and videos to receptionist of the disgusting room we were given and asked her to come look inside, she was shocked we were given that room, apologizing and stated that room was not supposed to have any guest inside. Shuttle bus runs every an hour . Room was clean but hallway carpet was bad condition. No elevator.The lady who was working when I checked in at night was very nice and helpful.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Chicago Northlake O’Hare South, located at 2080 N Mannheim Rd, Northlake, IL 60164, due to a work assignment. What I experienced that night goes far beyond a “budget hotel.” I was given multiple room keys that did not work properly, including one room with a broken door lock and another room that was already occupied, which I accidentally entered because of a front-desk error. This alone raises serious concerns about guest safety and basic operational control. The final room assigned to me was in extremely poor condition. The mattress was worn out to the point where the metal springs were digging into my back, making sleep nearly impossible. Overall, it's a VERY old building. Upon entering, the desk was covered in papers and in disarray, but luckily they didn't lose my reservation. Upon entering the room, the mattress was completely sunken in, old, and looked like the sheets hadn't been changed in a month. The window overlooked the garbage dump. The cleanliness of the room in general, but especially the bathroom, was deplorable. The room wasn't cleaned even once. The worst part is that people use this hotel to party, so resting or sleeping isn't an option. It's worth investing a few extra dollars to stay at this hotel. I traveled for the Chicago Marathon, and I'd say staying at this hotel was the biggest mistake.
