Super 8 by Wyndham Brook Park/Cleveland

Easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My flight got bumped to a late arrival so I wasn't able to get to the rental car place in time. Decided to book a cheap hotel since I was only going to be there for around 6 hours anyway, how bad could it be, right? First thing the person running the desk tells us is that their hot water is out, we tell them it's fine we'll just take a shower when we get to the final destination in the morning. Next they tell us that the couple in the room next to ours is fighting and ask if they can move us to a different room, we say it's fine. We stand in the lobby for 15 minutes while the employee curses at the computer and repeatedly tells us the computer froze or crashed, it's past midnight now and we need to be up at 6am. Got to the front desk to check in... no masks on the employees, they were all huddled behind the front desk talking about a medical incident that happened shortly before we arrived. No barrier between the guests and the mask-less employees. An employee took it upon herself to smoke (vape...whatever it was) in front of us. We got told to use the elevator, which was out of service due to medical professionals having to use it (which were already gone by this time) we had to use the stairs around the back that were covered in snow and ice, climbed 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. After getting into the room (309), which was freezing cold upon arrival, we noticed dirty linens, the pillowcases were dirty (thank god I brought my own pillow) and the bedspread was lacking thickness. Please be warned.....DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. The pictures online are very deceiving. I booked here for 1 night weekend for a layover flight. Dirty and scary place to stay. I didn't get some sleep all night. This is the worst experience I had in staying in a hotel. I am not picky but this one is just disgusting and gross. The only 5 star for this hotel is the location but other than that it is zero. There are hotels across the street and a block away. Pay a bit more and have a peace of mind.

Went to three different room 120, 219, and 321. All were horrible and smelly, the sheets were stained burn holes in the mattresses when it is supposed to be non smoking. There was trash under the beds and in the bottom of the bed was torn off. The shower leaks and no amenities were provided. They won’t do a refund so now I’m out $65 dollars waste of money ZERO STARS

I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down. It's literally falling down. Lots of damages in rooms, including structure, furniture, linens and more. I booked a king room for 2 nights for my 5th Anniversary and what I got was a double bed with holes in the blanket and sheets, not enough pillows, towels or washcloths. None were available. The room was Not very clean and the top mattress was too big for the bed base and was bending.
