Super 8 by Wyndham Branson / Shepherd of the Hills Exwy

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was clean and just right. Had jacuzzi tub that was clean and nice to relax in after a long cold day out. Owners were very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Location was great. Away from the busy strip but close enough to get anywhere in a few minutes.

Positive: Clean room. Quick check in. Able to park in front of room for most part. Negative: Was not given room type booked. Booked a king with recliner and was given 2 queen beds.

My fiancé booked a king room on super+.com when we arrived we told them that we had a service dog with papers and they refused us the king room. They moved us to a double queen room with a lower rate but no refund. We got to the room, the lights didn’t work, the heater didn’t work and it was 15 degrees outside and in the room. When I went to the front desk to tell the guy that our power wasn’t working he came down and was very rude. The bathtub is disgusting, and doesn’t drain so we don’t even get to shower. The lamp shades are falling apart, the blow dryer doesn’t even have a power cord so you can’t dry your hair. The breakfast was hot but it was absolutely disgusting, the biscuits weren’t fully cooked, but the worst part about breakfast is that the owner forces people to eat in the dinin

I stay here frequently whenever I'm in Branson. I will do so again. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, juice). Also, the rooms are reasonably priced. Overall, a great value!

This is a great little, low key place to stay! I’m traveling for work and got a king with a spa tub and it was very relaxing after work! The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The manager was so friendly checking me in. I would recommend this again and again. It’s not on the main drag so less traffic.
