The facility West in the process of remodeling. Breakfast consisted of juices and coffee. The sheets and towels were pretty stained up some type of yellow spots all over them.

If this is the right motel I stayed there long time ago when and if they were in council bluffs Iowa a man named Richard maintenance man was living there and so was I the place was ok I would never stay there again hopefully they will respond

We needed a room for the night as a midway stop on a long drive for our family of three. We booked this motel in advance. We arrived later in the evening, and the staff new our last name when we walked in. Our experience did not disappoint. We had all of the amenities I'd expect in a hotel room, coffee, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, etc. In the morning we were going to ask the owner about a good place to eat breakfast and discovered a fantastic little breakfast spread (oatmeal, muffins, danishes, cereal, etc.) out in the lobby.||||All of that said, we give it a 4/5 stars because this is an older motel and the beds are harder. The pillows and bedding were comfortable. All linens and towels were very clean.

This place is DISGUSTING. There are bugs (dead and alive) all over the place. Literal webs on the walls. The floor has never been cleaned, it has this weird texture of oils. The breakfast was little Debbies nutty buddies and cream pies. The front door doesn't latch. The curtains are ripped. Do not stay here. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE. There's hairs all over the pillows. Long black hair. I have short blonde hair.

I was taken care of so nice and properly. The pricing was great. It was very very clean. They are renovating and some of the room have had the carpet removed as they are putting down tile, unsure of exact product. Anytime they saw me they ask if I needed anything. They made sure I had what I wanted. Thank you. When i'm in the area again, no doubt where i'm staying! Thank you
