Super 7 Inn

Super unprofessional asked me if I was a local and if I was I couldn't stay there pretty much I asked a price on the phone got their charge my card way more still haven't got my deposit back and trust me I wasn't there long enough to mess up a bed sheet because I was disappointed and uncomfortable he also said there's two beds in there and do not mess up the other one you can only sleep in one I've never heard that in my life in a hotel quality is terrible no soap no toilet paper one towel kept a rush me in the check-in area so you can go back to sleep kept on saying just want to go back to bed. Where are the businesses that take pride in their work these days geez 🤦

This review of the Super 7 Inn (Cadiz, KY) is based in my experience at this particular place. I got the hotel information from a friend that I was traveling with... When I called the Hotel the phone was answered by a very lovely lady (Tri) she was very attentive. I was not sure what to expect since the price was telling me that I may regret this decision. Upon arrival (Late at night) Mr Harry ensured that I had everything I needed. The room was clean and everything was in perfect working order. In the morning Mrs Bella was very helpful and attentive. This is a family owned hotel, Mr. Harry, his wife and daughter work very hard to ensure every customer is treated like part of the family. I can not be any happier with my stay. Thee rooms are spotless… Area is extremely convenient and full of places to eat…. Prices are ridiculously inexpensive… definitely glad I chose to stay here… would highly recommend

Room was clean and great location. That is the ONLY nice thing to say. Long post - please read to the end. Arrived late on a Friday night and only stopped due to getting sick. Upon entering room it was noted the shower curtain had not been washed recently or if ever. Commode was extremely low to the floor which made it difficult to use. AC and heater were in same unit and difficult to adjust tp a comfortable temperature. There wasn't a microwave and the refrigerator was not turned on. Sunday morning the check out time was 10:00 so alarm set for 9:00. 8:00 the smoke alarm went off. I was in a deep sleep and I believe if I had heart issues, I would have had a heart attack.
