Sunshine Inn

Myself and my bestie Luna stayed here for 3 months. We were very comfortable, its mostly quiet, everyone stays to themselves. Even when you take your dog out others will go the other way just so no issues. The lot itself is the cleanest I've been to in all the Surrounding Atlanta area's. And being American its a welcome American owned and operated business!! Thanks guys we miss you!

This is the second time in a month I stayed at this motel. The first time, I went in blind. I needed a room in Dallas for two nights, quick access to downtown Dallas, Hiram and Lithia Springs and I needed it to be pet-friendly for one of the nights. This location came up on a travel site as being a Days Inn. It once was, but not now. On the telephone, I inquired about a military discount and was told they had none to offer. No big deal, just asking. The room we were in was not very clean and it seems pets aren't just allowed, one would almost think a dog is required in order to stay. Just walking on the sidewalk to the ice machine, set off barking I nearly every room. We did get free entertainment, though. The person in the next room left/was "evicted" or whatever and they loaded up all of

I have been here for a few weeks as of 9/10/25. It has been a very good experience. It's close to a few restaurants and fast food. They keep the property clean and everyone that stays here seems pretty chill.

The Sunshine Inn is a great place to stay.. Pet friendly.. WiFi .. cable!! The rooms are clean! The maids do a great job and are helpful, I’ve stayed here a couple of times! This time for a couple of weeks!! It’s quiet… great location to businesses!! The manager Stacy is personable even organized a Christmas Party to make guests who are away from home feel better!! She doesn’t put up with wrong doing!! Or disturbing others! In my opinion bad reviews are to get back at management!!
