Sunset Trails Rv Park

Beautiful tiny RV park. We needed a place last minute we phoned and got in. We ended up driving by the approach and Lonnie phoned us right away to say we passed it. She is wonderful, made sure we had everything we needed. There’s a very, very clean shower house washer/dryer. So peaceful and quiet. Thank you for making day 1 of our trip end well!

The rustic limitations of Sunset Trails won't be for everyone but I loved our 3-night stay there. This is an informal, limited park... hook-ups include electric, water, and septic but no tables, lawns, cable tv, swimming pool, dog runs, etc. The one large, co-ed community bathroom/laundry room shed has 1 private shower stall, 1 toilet stall and a large laundry sink to wash and shave. Parking pads are just "sorta" level. So why did I love our 3-night stay? We were the only overnight guests (so no embarrassing encounters in the bathroom); we had chickens and guinea hens and horses and goats on-site and they weren't particularly noisy but sure were entertaining to watch; their large Great Pyrénées dog keeps a watchful eye out for coyotes but is sweet and friendly; State Highway 200 is a coupl

A very nice place to stay! We showed up on motorcycles on our trip heading west to the mountains and Lonnie let us set up our tents and enjoy a relaxing night in her RV park. She was a super friendly person to do business with. Would definitely stop again.

Very well kept, quiet and clean. The shower house is spacious and warm. Property owner is a sweetheart and very kind. I'd love to keep this gem to myself, will definitely be returning.

Very quiet and Lonnie is as friendly as you find at a camp site. Highly recommended for a close place to see the north grassland national park.
