Sunset on the Shoals Lake Resort

We stayed for one night in cabin 6. The place is super clean and well kept. You can tell they care about the property and guest experience. The king bed was comfortable and the deck out the sliding door was perfect for the sunset and coffee in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when in the area

This was my 4th trip to Sunset on the Shoals. It has amazing views of Bull Shoals lake. The rooms are cabin style with direct lake access. It is family owned and hospitalable. This is one of the best kept secrets! Will be returning next year.

This is an enchanting place to stay. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the game room and hiking down to the dock for a swim. Thank you Stef and your staff for your kind hospitality. We will return again.Your resort is a gem!!

Beautiful views of the lake. Rooms are well kept and staff is friendly. I had the pleasure of staying here for a couple of days and I am impressed with the caring of the owners for my situation. Even though they are improving most of the rooms, they welcomed me. It really is a great place to stay. Awesome views of the lake and the room I was in was perfect. Thank you Stephanie for putting me up for the last couple days.

Don’t miss the sunset on the deck! It will sneak up on you even if it didn’t look promising. They have good boat parking but if you need a marina slot it should be reserved in advance if you want a covered spot. Our place was very clean. The 2 Bedroom unit has a wonderfully large kitchen and huge covered porch. We have not found any Airbnb’s around there unless they’re super expensive (or dumpy) and there are no motels that have a boat slip on site. This lake is a hidden gem. Shhhh! Not much going on in the town at all, though. No real grocery shopping nearby either.
