Bugs, water takes forever to warm up , rags and towels provides look dirty and need to be replaced, toilet seat was loose, room does not look as if it has been cleaned properly, this place needs to be shut down or rebuild! I would definitely not recommend staying here unless it’s just your last option

There are so my things wrong with this place including terrible and unfriendly management, bugs, drunks and loud people. soda machine that does not work, air conditioning that will not cool the room, tv and wi-fi doesn't always work, the rooms are small and more. Will never go back and would not recommend.

Worst place I have ever stayed. The management is very unfriendly plus you cannot understand what they say. They have bugs climbing on walls and in the bed, the towels feel like cardboard. The air conditioner will not cool the room. When I wanted to take a shower, had to wait 15 minutes for the hot water to work and the water had a greasy feel to it. The place is noisy and people were constantly knocking on my door.So disgusted with this place, went somewhere else. Found out later that it was known for much criminal activity occurring there. Would never recommend this place. Anyone who gives this place a good rating/review has not stayed there.

If I could give -100 I would. There are BED BUGS in this place. Room 20. Asked for a refund the man refused. Only 1 towel in the room and when we asked for more I was told I was lying. The toilet don’t flush. Stay far away from this place. Came here for the price but learned my lesson. Rather pay an extra $10 and stay at a reputable place than here. DIRTY AND INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!!

(Quality = decent but prices = rip off!) Comfy for such a cheap place. Clean. Big TV. Shower curtain needed to be cleaned & sometimes people knock at your door at random but other than that it's just fine for the price. Now there's supposed to be weekly rates, there's several folks living here that pay 185 per week yet the owner is refusing us that rate & is making us pay full price every single day of our more than likely two or three week long stay. We're paying 280 per week. Bullcrap! We told the owner we'd try to find other accommodations if he couldn't give us weekly rates but dude just wouldn't budge. I mean hey, screwed up as it is though, this is still the cheapest in Swainsboro. Whatever. Ugh.
