Sunset Inn South Miami

No way the rooms look like these photos!||We stayed here in October 2025 and want to warn anyone considering this property. The listing is misleading, the management is unprofessional, and the facility is poorly maintained.||Misleading Advertisement:|The listing claims there are “kitchens you can cook in,” but there are no usable cooking kitchens — just small setups with missing or broken parts. The property is in an upstairs alleyway building with bulletproof glass on the windows, which creates an unsettling and unsafe atmosphere. The beds are short platform frames, uncomfortable and not standard size.||Accessibility:|This property is not handicapped accessible at all. Great location but horrible room. There was no hot water the day I arrived and when I called the service line multiple times no one picked up. The bathroom was not clean, weird red marks on the wall. Tried hot water again in shower in the morning. After 15 minutes finally got lukewarm. Called the service line again still no answer. Good location but very overpriced considering low quality of service and room.

Absolutely worse property ever. They never answer the phone house keepers lie to keep money. They are rude. Said there was smoking in unit but we smoked outside. Don’t book here they don’t take care of their customers!

This place is brilliant! It’s modern approach, clean fresh, location and relatively cheap!|| I had a room here for a few nights after camping in the Glades, so mod cons - hot showers, air con, washing machine, comfy bed were all much welcomed. ||I had no problems with accessing, and any niggles I had staff were only a WhatsApp away and quick to resolve.||The neighbourhood is neat - with groceries and fab eateries and bars on the doors step.||I would recommend and I’d happily stay again.

Great spot to stay. No keys need . Code to get in. Nice location. Nice restaurant near by. I would go back if I have to stay in Miami.
