Sunset Inn and Suites - Seward

Are the rooms amazing? Not really. They are basic rooms. They were clean, but old. Beds were surprisingly soft and comfortable for me. Where this place really shines is the ownership. The staff is amazing. I was able to check in before 10am, able to stay the whole day with no additional fee. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and the price was great. If you’re looking for fancy, go to a chain. If you want simple, cheap and friendly, go here. Next to Walmart, that’s a plus.

I have the opportunity in my mission stay at the Sunset a couple times a month. It has been a very pleasant experience and surprisingly affordable. Of course the rooms have been impeccably ready to relax,rest, and inhabit whatever time I arrive. The staff professional, helpful, and first name friendly. I'm starting to feel like I'm not checking in , I'm coming home.

Price was great, and serviced received was above par, would like to see some further updates inside and out and I could see this place go to a 3-4 star hotel in no time. Not the place to go if your not willing to overlook some things that will present themselves upon gaining access to the room! Best regards, Jarrod

Rooms are clean enough but outdated. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub. Don't plan on watching TV. They use Roku and the Wi-Fi is too weak for streaming. You can hear everything in the rooms next door.

When I first arrived at this motel 1 year ago I would have ran the other direction not going to lie.... but now being part of this place cleaning the room daily and having ownership change on me this place is gradually improving soon it will have a whole new face so bare with us we are trying to fix last ownership mistakes. It's a little old a little out dated but there's always room for improvement so we are going to make this little old little out dated motel into something big and fresh. Where everyone is welcome... Enjoy 😉
