Hotel Review: Sunriser Inn My recent stay at the Sunriser Inn was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a front desk hostess who was unwelcoming and noticeably rude. Despite no other guests being present, the check-in process took over 10 minutes, with no clear explanation for the delay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel did not feel guest-friendly. The room I was given was in poor condition—unclean, with visible dirt and an unpleasant odor that resembled mold. The bed and linens appeared unsanitary, further diminishing any sense of comfort. Given the condition of both the service and accommodations, I cannot recommend this hotel. Significant improvements are needed in both staff professionalism and room cleanliness to meet even basic hospitality standards.

It's okay, it's clean , Has a nice TV. There's food available across the street

We booked a room at about 12:30 at night while traveling back to Colorado , got a room paid for our pet fees . Get into the room and go to give my son a bath and there’s no hot water , we immediately called to hopefully be moved as we figured no one would be able to fix it that late and Linda was extremely rude and wouldnt move us and wanted to refund us . Then Threatened to call the cops on us . Me my husband and 4 year old son , my son started crying . So we get our things and notice hairs on the sheets , fridge didn’t work , microwave was disgusting inside . Towels are rough and the size of my son’s toddler towels . I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF HERE AMD GET ANOTHER HOTEL . You can’t even deadbolt the door !

Although I know this is only a two star hotel/motel. It was a lifesaver for us. We had car problems in the next town over that has no hotel and we had to Uber somewhere in order to stay the night before our car can get fixed the next day. we picked this motel just because it was right off the highway, and even though I never choose to stay Places, other than comfort inn And similar hotels, this hotel was very clean. They got up and answered the phone and the door at 2:30 in the morning and they let us stay an hour later after check out because I needed to get my car situation. It’s all five stars for me
