Sunrise Motor Inn

This hotel was okay, but our room had one of those weird smells where maybe someone smoked in the room, and they tried chemicals or something to get rid of it? It's a smell you only smell in motels! It was a really small room, but the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. I have read what the others wrote, and yes, it's a good value considering what the other motels are charging, and we were able to walk into town, not only to the Buffalo Bill museum, but also out for dinner. We appreciated the breakfast, but when we checked in, I asked the woman why in reserving it in advance we were now paying more than if we had walked off the street? I mean, is that fair? I booked through their site, and thought if anything those coming in last minute should be the ones paying more. She never look

This is the dingiest, grossest, most Jerry-rigged, most limited motel I have ever stayed in. Had to sleep on the top sheet because the bed had hair all over it. (It was a last minute late night need somewhere to sleep decision). The electrical was an absolute joke. Half the wall outlets didn’t have the hole for the ground plugs, the TV Power chord didn’t reach the outlets, it had a nasty smell to it. Non of the windows open. It just felt gross, nasty, and unclean. If it wasn’t midnight, and the other hotels weren’t fully booked, we would’ve packed back up and left. Honestly thought about asking the clerk for my money back and just sleeping in the truck. I’ve stayed in some low budget motels before, but this place takes the cake. I should’ve pitched a tent in Yellowstone and risked the bear

Positive: Nothing Negative: Our reservation was not in their system so we went somewhere else.

Convenient for Yellowstone (about an hour away) this was a clean and comfortable basic motel with parking outside the door. Helpful front desk staff. Didn't use the pool. Dad enjoyed smoking his pipe under the gazebo in the middle of the car park. Minimal breakfast but Rooster's diner was a short walk away. Very handy for the Buffalo Bill Center next door (albeit a few minutes' walk).

Nice small hotel very close to Buffalo Bill Center for the West. Clean rooms, friendly host. Would like to see a better breakfast offering, please add some protein, maybe yogurt and fruit.
