The hotel was very conveniently located across the street from the Ark encounter, which is why we were in the area. It was an eight minute walk from our room to the bus stop in the parking lot. |The room was clean, yet small and the bathroom was very small. It was adequate for a one night stay, but I would not want to stay longer in such a small space. There were many channels on the TV.|The continental breakfast offered the usual options, including boiled eggs, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, plus other options you would expect to find.|The rooms in general could use a bit of refreshing

Going to the Noah's Ark exhibit from South Carolina. This cute hotel/motel is right across the street. The rooms have that super clean new room smell! Heat works almost too good. Hot water! Nice size rooms. Super friendly service. Definitely would recommend.

Well, looked decent, but that was deceiving. It appears to have had some upgrades, but I would say more of lipstick on a pig. The floors were dirty, simulated hard wood. I wear socks in a hotel and they were filthy in just a little walking in here, we put our shoes back on. The toilet ran and hissed until I got irritated and fixed it. The tub took forever to drain, filled with water when showering. With one of the original waterpik shower heads, so old it was yellowing. No housekeeping unless specific things were asked for. Little paint, beds, sink counter, tv and stand was ok. Chairs in the room were stained pretty bad. Pool was destroyed, tiles off, water brown a big mosquito pit, awful. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Ark Encounter. Family owned. Owners are friendly and very accommodating! Our room was spatious and nicely remodeled with a very comfortable king bed and sofa and very quiet. Breakfast was good.

The location of this hotel is perfect for the Ark Encounter. We walked across the street and saved the parking charge for that. |The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is an older hotel hotel but they have completed some upgrades. |There was not many outlets to plug in chargers but I travel with a power strip so it wasn’t an issue for us. |Despite being next to the highway and having the room closest to it our room was very quiet. |The value was great. The front desk staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly. |The breakfast was included but since we were short on time we only grabbed a mini muffin to go.
