Sunnyside Motel

I just wanted to say that I ve stayed at this motel a couple of times over the last couple of years.||The grounds are beautiful and so well kept. The Hotel managers and all the people that work at the front desk are very friendly, and hospitable. The accomodations have been renovated in the recent past, with nice bathrooms and really nice newer plasma screens. I also read a post that was done in August 2012.. I think that the person who wrote this, was incredibly rude and totally wrong about hotel service. The motel like ever hotel has daily cleaning service, and should be graciously accepted. That is a gift to have while you are staying at motel/ hotel. I also met the lovely ladies who clean the rooms. They are both sweet and respectful of the hotel guests.||I can't believe someone like

Love everything about it. Is simple, is cheap, it has the basics you need. At night looks a bit scary for the rooms located in the back but I haven't had any incidents. Safe and quiet. Service is nice. The cheapest room includes microwave and/or small fridge. Is near a lot of fast food places and restaurants. I've stayed here two times already and will keep doing it.

I like this place it's clean and quiet. Good price and employees most are really nice. I recommend it to anyone staying in Miami. Only reason I didn't give the 5 stars is for the few of the not so professional employees but other than that I love it. The cleaning ladies are amazing and the one very good employee at office his name is Alex.

Nice ambience. Nicely decorated and clean. We had a small fridge and a microwave, but no coffee pot...I think we had a nice room but the only thing was that our shower didn't have a strong flow...we had to take longer showers because of this.

I have stayed at this place everytime I came to Florida and it was a great place, very clean and good price. But in my last stay in December 20l9 it was the opposite. The place has really gone down hill. The room was dirty specially the carpet. The shower had mold on the wall and the floor was dirty. Nothing but a good deep cleaning could fix.
