As an owner of a vacation property company, we were very impressed with the amenities and cleanliness of this. Very nice ranch home. Perfect location and less than a 30 second walk down to the beautiful beach on Lake Huron. Communication from the owner was wonderful and it was a perfect location for our dog that goes with us on our vacations. Located just 6 miles north of Oscoda. This is a great place if you’re looking to get away and relax.

Cottage 6 was perfect. There was plenty of room for our family to relax and be together without feeling cramped and crowded. We brought our 2 dogs who loved running on the beach. November beach wasn’t full of sunbathers so they could play and run free. Close to Harrisville, AuSable River, and public land for hunting and fishing. We enjoyed a big fish dinner easily with the kitchen equipped with supplies to prepare a big meal. We slept great, woke to beautiful sunrises, and felt very much at home on our trip.

Stayed in cabin 6 with a toddler and baby. The upstairs rooms were perfect for them since there was an additional door at the top of the stairs to keep the hallway dark for naps and early bedtimes. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided in the showers which is amazing. Kitchen also had all the dishes we needed for making meals in the cabin and a coffee maker. Sunnyside has a high chair that you can request for your littles. Location was perfect, 10-15 minutes from town which is far though away to feel more private and secluded. Family had a blast. After Labor Day was a good time to go, good weather but no crowds. Beach was surprisingly big and clean. Next time we’ll try to book cabin 1-3 to be right on the sand. Will definitely be back!

Cottage 9 will now be my home away from home anytime go back to visit. The layout was great, the cottage was spacious, and had plenty of amenities for hosting dinner for my large Northern Michigan family.

I’m so sad and disappointed in this stay. We came to this town specifically for this property because it looked so amazing. It should be a lot clearer these cabins don’t have AC! Most listings note this specially in case you have sensitivities or a medical condition, which I do. I’m also pregnant. It was miserable. We had to drive over hour round trip to the nearest dept store to get me extra fans, which was an additional expense. I spent a lot of time in our car instead because it was so hot . For $320 a night I don’t think this was worth it. A large chunk of this price was cleaning fees but you have to do the dishes, sweep, and take trash out to community dumpster before 10 am check out. Other guests were consistently using the beach in front of our cabin. It’s a LOT smaller than appears
