We had a great time on a weekend getaway to Sunny Valley campground! Highly recommend staying there during the weekends in October for really fun Halloween activities! I was blown away by the campground’s Halloween festivities – all campers and RVs decorated, there was a fun little hayride throughout the campground where lots of candy was thrown at us & they had a lot of decorations, pumpkin carving for kids, a movie night and even a haunted trailer to walk through! They truly put in a lot of work and effort to get people excited for Halloween! Overall, the campground has friendly staff and good amenities. Definitely bring sheets, blankets, and your own pillows if you are staying in a cabin. We loved staying in the cabin and having our own porch swing. Nice, pretty quiet campground underne
Nestled between Grants Pass and Canyonville this campground is a hidden gem. Offering the best of Southern Oregon's rustic beauty. The campgound features RV pull through & back-in sites, deluxe tent sites, as well as, 7 small log cabins and two very unique covered wagon accommodations. There is a small store for essentials, laundry, bathrooms and showers. As an avid solo camper I was impressed by the care the new ownership take in the safety of their guests and their genuine friendliness. To be honest I had stayed here a year or so ago and wasn't fan! I was pleasantly suprised by all the care the new owners have taken to make the park a safe, clean and enjoyable place to stay. So glad I decided to give it a second and will definately stay again!!
Nice campground. Staff and campers were all so nice. We didnt have a reservation, but were welcomed for the night. They had some cute little cabins and a couple covered wagons for rent as well. Plus a playground for kids and an offleash dog area.
Our recent stay at Sunny Valley Campground was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty and tranquility of the place. Nestled amidst rolling hills and lush trees, it truly felt like a peaceful escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. We had the pleasure of staying at The Covered Wagon, and it was fantastic! The campsites themselves are incredibly well-maintained and spacious, offering plenty of room for tents, RVs, and all your gear. We loved the privacy each site offered, making it easy to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. The facilities were spotless, too – the restrooms and showers were consistently clean and well-stocked, which is always a huge plus when camping. What really sets Sunny Vall
Nice wooded campground off the highway. Not too much traffic noise. The owner and staff are great. They really care about the property.
