Sunny Ridge RV Park

We had the pleasure of staying at sunny ridge! It was seriously so great. The owner Dave is a wonderful gentleman. Very straightforward and no bs. He keeps his place clean and nice for everyone. His heart is in his rv park. He has some of the best grass around LOL the spaces are nice and so is the bath house/wash room. Very clean and well kept. We came in without really any plan or idea of how long we would need to be there while we built our home. We had issues with getting a well finished out and he worked with us to be able to use his facilities even after we were gone from the park. I highly recommend his rv park! Very quiet and welcoming environment! The price was also great! No hassle and completely affordable! There is also a really pretty pond!

I was in Dallas And a deep freeze and snowstorm was coming in , and I needed to get south and I called Dave And he said he had a spot for me to come on down. He was so welcoming and helpful and kind and he was right there on site to help if you need it. Sometimes, when you stay at a full-timer place and you are a transient people are not friendly to you, but everyone here was so friendly and Dave keeps the place up so nice from the private sites to the beautiful property, it is just a really peaceful, wonderful place and lots of room for me to walk my dogs and also on site laundry. I had to extend a few nights and he accomodated me no problem. I felt safe and at home here and would definately stay again. My girlfriend and I stayed here from July 3, 2021 until October 31, 2021 and only moved due to family health issues. It is such a rarity, but Dave is one of the most compassionate and understanding people I've met. He made it a point to remember my girlfriend's name on day one. I was sad to inform him we needed to move, but when we're able to we will be back. The property is beautiful and well maintained. You'll never meet a more honest and hard working property owner. The rates are incredibly fair, the laundry area is spotless and works better than most, and a heck of a bathroom and shower setup!

Great place to stay, owner is friendly and helpful. Park is very clean and mostly pull thru. 30 sites, catch and release fish pond, washers and dryers. Fairly quiet park. Really peaceful. 11 mins to Buc-ees, 18 miles to Huntsville. Huntsville has Texas Prison museum, Hearts Veterans museum, Sam Houston museum. Fair amount of restaurants, H‑E‑B grocery store. Enjoyed our 3 months stay and the lowest price and safest rv park in the area. Security cameras on property.

Great RV Park. The grounds are incredibly well maintained. The owner, Dave, is a fantastic guy. This RV Park is close to Huntsville, but has a very country feel. Can't say enough good things about Sunny Ridge RV Park!
