While a bit off the beaten path (you will take a drive on a gravel road), this little campground was a great spot for our overnight stay. We were greeted by both the owner and the campground host who were both very friendly and helpful. The campground was quiet, the sunset was beautiful, the stars were plentiful, and the sweet pond in front provided a pretty view. Most sites had full hookups (such a bonus!) this campground is simple and sweet and we enjoyed it.
Very Peaceful spot with a beautiful catch and release fishing pond. Perfect spot to relax with family and friends. ||The owner Rod was incredibly welcoming and happy to have us there. Lots of room for the dogs to play as well. ||We will definitely visit again in the future
Had a great stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. We met Ron the owner had a nice long talk. Very sociable and friendly.
They need more description of location and campsite. Once leaving I-80 to Hwy 169 travel 8 miles south. Once you reach 152nd you are on a dusty gravel road for three more miles. Once at the campground we were very disappointed by the sites not even coming close to being level.The sites are very narrow gravel. But the good thing is the $30.00 fee and full hookups.if you like remote camping this is for you!!
Great place for privacy and excellent fishing. Hosts are exceptionally friendly and make you feel welcome.
