I hesitate to write a review, only because I want to keep this hidden gem hidden! There isn’t much out there about this place but let me tell you, it was phenomenal. We stayed at one of the “cabins” and it was bright, clean and comfortable. Golf cart reservation and pick up was seamless, although I’m not sure how the cost compares to getting one outside the resort. Guest services (I think it was Melissa who helped us) is wonderful and friendly, which makes such a difference. Just a side note about the pool, it’s just not somewhere I wanted to swim. Likely due to the kids, proximity to the beach, sunscreen, the pool was pretty cloudy. Eric at turtles was great too, and the cook whose name I did not catch but such a sweet, smiling face (and the food was good!). Overall, dreamy, 10/10, will d

The homes and location may look beautiful on screen but our experience was absolutely horrible. We arrived at 5 PM with 7 small children only to be woken up at midnight by knocking on our door and evicted by 2am per the owners request based on something perceived as a lease violation that couldn’t wait until morning. Had to be immediately. The agency acted with hostility, dishonesty and total disregard for tenant rights and family safety. This was not just unprofessional, it was traumatizing for our children and completely unacceptable. Do NOT stay here. If you care about your family, your safety, or your rights look literally anywhere else. If you don’t care about your lease agreement being protected then I’d say go for it!

My family, including a service member and an immunocompromised 8-year-old recovering from stage 4 cancer, booked a 3-night stay for $3,600 directly through Sunflower Beach Resorts and Residences using their website’s pet-friendly filter. The property description gave zero indication that it was not pet-friendly. At no point during the search, booking, contract signing, or leading up to our stay was there any suggestion that pets were prohibited. Our pet is an FHA-certified service animal, legally protected under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), meaning we are not required to notify the property or pay any fee for its presence. Notification would have been a courtesy, not a legal obligation.||Our stay became a nightmare when Life in Paradise management attempted to illegally evict us from midnig

Location Location Location! This beachside resort is amazing. We stayed in the Marlin Monroe house and loved it. Get a golf cart, reserve beach side seats, and enjoy. Other resorts in Port A or so expansive. We loved the boutique feel with high end luxury houses. Perfect distance from amenities. Grounds are beautifully manicured. They are still building out some houses, but it wasn't a huge hastle. Not over crowded, beach area was perfect. We stayed during the week to avoid crowds.

In my life, I’ve never experienced a more horrible accommodation experience. I am willing to pay for comfort, and given such, I do expect to at least have a minimum level of cleanliness, comfort and customer service. The bedding in my unit “Beach Vibes 301, was disgusting. My initial call to the complex was around 5:30 PM my day of arrival. I was told there were spare sheets in the primary bedroom, to which there were none. I need bedding for a pullout bed, to which all I could find were pillow cases that were tossed at the top of the closet, not even nicely folded. The true horror began as I removed the pillows from the king bed. The bed cover was dingy, which was bothersome, but not a showstopper. As I continued to look, I noticed that the stains were not just dinginess, but were actual
