Sun Retreats Ocala Orange Lake

I am a rv technician that services all parks in Florida. The 200 yr old trees everywhere says it’s safe. Golf course and let’s just say this, rent a golf cart for 2 weeks just to find all the stuff you have 24/7. From 13 lb bass fishing off orange lake I could write a book about this place. People will not let you set around and be depressed. Tooo many daily events keep everyone like family

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This place is not busy at all. I didn’t pay the $30 fee to guarantee my reservation spot. Meanwhile we pulled in and started to set up and I went to check in at the office and they moved our reservation spot. Will be very interested to see if anyone goes into the spot we reserved. The office clerk was not nice at ALL! Also, the grounds don’t seem to be unkept. There are ants everywhere. Yes, it is FL but there are ways to get rid of the ants! Definitely will never come back here again!!!!!

We had a paint party here and the club house was awesome. The people were very friendly and the property was very clean and beautiful. Can't wait for our next event.

I can only give feedback on the resort area I did not rent any of their units or going to the clubhouse or the restaurant I went and visited a friend and whenever I got there it was dusk and everybody had their lights on and their Christmas lights on and whenever I went to leave around 9:10 p.m. I was backing out of the parking slip of his RV and it was so dark there are no lighting there are no reflectors on the streets no straight lines so you didn't know if you're out of the parking slot in the street whenever it turns dark it's literally dark whenever everybody turns their lights out this place needs to have a hell of a lot more lighting and some markings on the roads but due to this happening I ended up backing into a lady's bumper thank goodness no one was hurt but still if there wou

Previously stayed here, then relocated to Orlando. Coming back where it feels like home. The property is luxurious. The staff and residents are incredibly friendly. Thank you Fran and everyone that helped make this place special. We will see you on the first!!
