Sun 'n Fun Motel

This hotel is not a chain hotel, it’s a quaint mom and pop style hotel. It had comfortable beds, easy parking, working internet, cable and a hot shower. What really made our stay phenomenal was the staff. The cleaning service lady was the kindest person with a smile on her face every morning. Robbin, at the front desk was awesome. We loved chatting with her every morning while getting coffee. She was so sweet, told us some really awesome places to go to while in town and was so sympathetic when we unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency. We didn’t get to meet Taylor but spoke on the phone and he was so helpful and personable. Thank you so much for such great service and hospitality. We will definitely be back.

We went down for a long weekend as a family and as it was airshow weekend this was one of the only affordable hotels around. The first room we checked into wasn't bad, until we unpacked went to dinner a d returned to our room to be greater by the entire outside area of our room smelling like weed. When we entered our room our room smelled horrible so we could tell it was the room next to us smoking in their room, there are no smoking signs everywhere and listed on the site. We went to the front desk to tell them and the gentleman on duty came in to smell the room and went to call his manager, we were told there was nothing they could do because weed was legal in MD which we found out it is not legal til July 1st but still the hotel has a no smoking policy so they still should have been t

I cannot describe how much the Sun n fun motel made senior week amazing for my friends and me! The motel definitely exceeded my expectations! The rooms were extremely clean and tidy and smelt great. And the maid, Theresa, was also very kind to us during our stay. If we needed any supplies, she would get it for us. It is a great location as it is near great restaurants and is a block away from the beach, and a few streets away from the boardwalk. We had hot water, internet, and easy access to clean sheets and towels! I would definitely recommend the Sun n fun motel to anyone since it was also very affordable. I want to thank the staff for making our stay at the Sun n fun motel incredible!

for the price of a motel its what you can expect, what made a difference was the warm greeting and service from the front desk. we arrive with friends in June for 2 nights and the rooms were what we needed, we mostly were out all day. the only thing we didn't like was it was hard to get the cleaning service to provide towels and TP, we had to hunt them down and they weren't as willing to help out, and also the flies that were interested in flying around on in a particular portion of our room. the price was great and it was 20 minutes walking to secrets and 1 block from the ocean, either way we would stay there again. the friendliness of the front desk from arriving to leaving left a great impression!

As someone who travels a lot and has stayed at many hotels in OC, this place is definitely very ideal... from the staff, to the room, to the location and surrounding amenities. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart and very professional. The parking lot was small, but it worked. The room was so clean and smelled great. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and well kept. Air conditioner was so cold! Bathroom was clean and was well-stocked with plenty of towels, wash clothes and other toiletries. WiFi worked great. I don’t know why anyone would have something negative to say about this place. It was ridiculously cheap and exceeded my expectations of what your average “2 star” hotel is! 10/10
