Sun Beach Inn

Nice, clean, walkable distance to beach, which was a great thing as there was No parking available. A few places to eat nearby. Pool was clean.

Omg! We come to Hollywood once a month and look forward to our stay here. It’s really clean, they have several pools, kitchens in all the units I’ve stayed in. The units are nicely updated and the service is extremely hospitable. They serve a breakfast but it’s mainly granola and hard boiled eggs, and coffee. Make sure to say hi to Ms. Donna she’s my favorite, and the front desk staff is so accommodating too! They’re all great!! Love how close it is to everything, the beach, food, the airport& not too expensive! Love love love this place!

We stayed in the sun beach in room 2201 and it had quite a few roaches big and small, upon telling the front desk first they were rude then did not want to accommodate us until i demanded a refund he then put us in an upstairs room and upon turning on the lights there was worms crawling in the bed and dead bugs and wings the couch looked like it sexually used. The signs in the rooms said they only clean every three days and you have to go to the front office to get your own fresh towels, but want you to pay a security deposit!!!! They are a nasty place with attitude problems! Never stay there! Even the maintenance man said it’s disgusting there!

We originally booked the Sun Beach Inn but during check in, the front desk (who was incredibly rude) put us in the Neptune Hotel. When we said it’s the Neptune and we booked the Sun Beach Inn, she said it was still SBI although it was very clearly another hotel. We walked into our room to see it was the smallest room with basically no amenities( not a single utensil or cooking tool in kitchen). It was not what we booked and when we asked she said the pictures are of different rooms and haven’t been changed to portray the proper rooms and the descriptions were completely off as well. They refused to put us in the proper room we booked unless we wanted to pay more and denied us a refund as well. The only good thing here is that it was at least clean and the location was good.

Old Hollywood vibe again… from my childhood. Old Florida architecture—which I adore. Florida is changing too much of this— that what makes Florida, Florida!! Could use a little work like seen in other reviews—but just paint, cabinet and ground work no architectural change!!! The hotel is clean!! This time service in office check in was super nice— great change!! Jesus’ on grounds was so kind and helpful walking to office to fix a bad card key. Excellent Location… steps from beach! One serious issue— breakfast!! upgrade it or get Rid of it—degrading!!
