Summerwinds Resort

Customer service was terrible. Got there at 4 when you can check in. Told our house was not ready and might take 4 hours. Told we could go through our suitcase in the lot and get swimsuits and go to the water park. Lady at desk was terrible. Got to house after they said it was finally ready. They were still cleaning it. Floors at house were so dirty one of the moms went to store and got a mop and cleaned. Frig was bad and didn’t work. Had to have it replaced. Kept hounding us about buying time share. Won’t come back.

Didn't stay here but came on a timeshare tour the house we seen was done up nicely and will decorated

No damn slide. Said pump was out. Not one person had any idea when it would be fixed. Broken bits in the room

My parents own the TS. Last yr my husband & i came down with my parents to help drive, it was winter. We enjoyed it so much i told my sisters about it & this yr dad let us use it for a Mother-Daughter trip & we've just begun!

Great place to stay. Hot tub, swimming pool, wonderful rooms.
