Sugarberry RV Park

All the essentials are here: close to town/highway, midway of Knoxville and Chattanooga, easy to get to and access, price is good, has a small playground for kids, free laundry, bath house onsite. My site (14) had plenty of room to park (2) vehicles, let the awnings out and behind my site there was plenty of yard to set up my outside activities. The RV park itself is quiet, but there is some road noise. My only complaint on my site was the sewer was uphill of the site so it made draining the black tank inconvenient…..other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff was very helpful answering questions about extended stay. The application process was really easy, short and painless. Fair priced. Sites had extra parking and pretty spacious. Nice walking trail and playground. Very clean, quiet park:)

It's clean and has laundry onsite but do not allow shower use even though there are showers on site. Overpriced and seems more like a place people live in than a vacation stop. No playground area or recreation of any kind available.

Quiet, good people. Host is friendly. My dogs go on the walking paths.

Only thing good about this campground is free laundry. They have a bathhouse but no one can use it and wasn’t told any reason why not. There is no shade anyway, no pool, the playground is a joke. Their rent is too high for what you get. Was also told we are not the right fit for their campground and we had to leave. When I ask why we are not the right fit they declined to answer. I was told we are not the right so we had to leave. We were not told about any rules. We did not bother anyone. We kept to ourselves. And when they bought the campground from the previous owner they only gave week or 2 notice for the previous tenants to move. Merry Christmas now you have to move after the first.
