"Amazing Stay During MXON" I stayed here over the weekend for the MXON event at Ironman Raceway, and I couldn’t have picked a better place! The campground is just about 10 minutes from the track near Crawfordsville, Indiana, which made it super convenient for race weekend. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond—offering us dinner, inviting us to an after-party, and even personally driving me around to show me the campground and all its features. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that really made a difference. On top of that, the stay was very affordable, especially considering how much hospitality we received. Don't bother. We visit family in Thomasville stopped by every campground in area. They all look like older trailer parks with old campers on them. Called about a 30 day stay was told about a 10 year rule. I've stayed in Florida near the key's with that rule and the property manager was fine with our rig. Sugar Hill if way far short of RV park. You really need to go to parks with 10 year rule. 1st most are 55 older communities. 2nd they don't allow campers to stay more then3 to 6 months, they have to leave for 6 months . No RV or camper is a residential and if they plan to be then the 10 year rule applies. Sugar Hill is making their own rules. I guarantee you'll better clean up your place before you start acting like something you'll never be

The new owners are a joke. All they care about is money. I was paid by a permanent camper to do some work on her spot. Like I've done before, I checked in at the office so they would be aware of why I was there and the job I needed to do. I was told even though I was only there to do some work, I would have to pay a entry fee. That's got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I was there to make a elderly lady's spot look better but all they could think of was money. Well, if they want that spot to look better, the owners can do it themselves!

Nice and quiet, mostly week enders. Very friendly folks. 35 acre lake.Fishing. Pontoon boats.

Was a camper there for about 17 years used to be a fun place to go and have fun now it's a place where people shouldn't go to trust me people used to be fun to hang out not any more after Jay and Ginger were gone
