"I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly nice, polite, and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place!"

Ok...first of all...the pictures are so misleading. The property is very rundown. When we walked into the hallway leading to our room, it smelled like cigarette smoke and the carpet was filthy. Carpet needs to be replaced. The room was stark...not like what is pictures. The walls are very thin..we turned up the television so we did not have to hear our neighbor use the four letter expletive. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed to be cleaned. When we checked in, I asked about the pool and was told that it is permanently closed. We got the room for $86 and is an example of getting what you pay for.

Room has small sink, good sized refrigerator, and microwave. Housekeeping cleans the room once a week and are very friendly. There is a Safeway, Dollar Tree, O'Reilly's, banks, Carl's Jr., and gas stations all within walking distance. The only thing really is there isn't any garbage cans, ashtrays or dog poop garbage cans and bags anywhere but in front of the office. And the pool and hot tub are closed for the season. Overall though for a Motel 6 this is one of the better ones.

The rooms are great. As soon as you step through the door, they’re renovated and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. It’s located around lots of restaurants and right by a grocery store. The main downfall and reason I wouldn’t give it five stars is anything outside your room is pretty rundown and dingy. The halls are dirty and smell. The demographic around is startling and brings the whole place down.

Only reason there is 1 star is because it forces you to put something there to write a review, I had the absolute worst experience here at the super 6 in Cameron park Ca ! The General manager Robin is ABSOLUTELY AND INCREDIBLY RUDE. She was neither kind or welcoming and spoke to me in a manner that I could not even phantom, it was so horrible I had to say something to her as I won't repeat the horrible things she had said I did tell her that the way she was speaking to me was very unprofessional and extremely rude. She took that opportunity to take it even further and continue to make horrible remarks and comments. I will be making a formal complaint to whoever is above her and I will make sure to tell everyone about the experience and atmosphere she creates for the guests there.
