Studio 6 Mountlake Terrace, WA - Seattle

I actually really like this hotel. All the rooms have kitchenette's with decent sized refrigerators in them. The best part about staying here is the staff leave you alone. If you have a problem they are very kind and accommodating but if your just looking to stay and not be bothered by anyone then this place isr perfect. They don't have breakfast available which is why they can keep the room fee at a decent rate. It's my understanding that you can stay as long as you want and the rates do go down the longer you stay. In my opinion this hotel is 1000 times better than hotel 6 because they don't have all the riffraff that hotel 6 seems to aquire from their low rates and zero deposit. Hotel 6 does require a $50 deposit that must be on a credit card or bank card. They refund the money

I'm very happy with my stay at this hotel. The check -in was simple and I got a room on the first floor which makes it easier to transport your belongings. Like the exterior and the location near the I-5 freeway and stores. The room was clean and had a good fragrance when you walk in the door plus a full size refrigerator, microwave oven and counter top burners. The bathroom was well maintained and the hotel is not far from downtown Seattle and definitely would stay again.

I paid for a week stay for my new manager who moved here From Idaho last week. She slipped in the tub and injured her leg pretty badly, taking down the towel rack. The front desk offered no help and did t deliver a requested tub mat for 3 days. They didn't clean the room so after six days, she asked for them to come in and clean and get new towels. Not sure if that happened. The worst part of it is that they really didn't ask or care about her getting injured. They made no changes didn't ask any questions and no gestures of kindness or interest. I called last night to speak to a manager and no one returned my call so I gave him a ring again today, and when the concierge realized it was me, she hung up. Then she hung up again when my manager called. We were planning to extend her stay, but

The housekeepers are fantastic first off. They do not like bother you whatsoever. They're very kind very helpful. Absolutely loved them. I would say where they need to improve on is front desk. My first night here I went to Check-in deposit. Made me short just a couple bucks. I wasn't able to make it that evening bu. Then then I came back, think the next day or the day after they're tried to keep my original deposit and told me that I had done something too like a sheet or something like that and I'm like I didn't even stay here. At all, so then finaly the manager came out and fixed the problem. But then, when I went to go change rooms because I wanted a double bedroom, the first room, they said that I destroyed the carpet, and they were gonna DNR me first off. Yes, my dog had an accident
