Studio 6 Conroe, TX

A bit pricey for the size room. Wifi wasn't working, room wasn't the cleanest. It advertised a pool but it was empty. Even with the minor issues I'd stay here again if I needed to.

Great location and prices. Most importantly the rooms and property are super clean the management Peter is awesome. Everything we have needed from just a question about the area to extra towels have been given promptly and professionally. I have seen a few review on here people complaining of bugs. They are thinking this is motel 6. It’s NOT its studio 6 BIG difference people. Rooms are all remodeled and super nice and clean. I feel totally safe here as a single women. Great job Peter and staff. 10 out of 10

LITERALLY one of THE nicest/cleanest Motel/Studio 6 rooms, we've ever stayed in! Pool is beautiful (and clean as well)! We stayed in room 115, for 4 nights. Had no issues with staff or "tenants". HIGHLY recommend this location (RIGHT off I-45).

the CLEANEST hotel i’ve been in in texas so far!! 💯 went next door to the hotel elev8 because they were cheaper (total regret, that place is INFESTED with roaches, it’s cheaper for a reason.) the hotel elev8 put me in the first room, so many roaches.. mind you, i’m from montana. i am not used to seeing those things. 😬 anyways..! they switched me to another and the same thing!! roaches everywhere 🤢. ended up getting a refund then coming to check this place out instead. 😮‍💨 and lemme tell ya.. this place is so clean. definitely did not disappoint. and the customer service?? top notch! you’re rockin’ it, Studio 6! 👏💪 if i end up needing another extended stay hotel room, this place will forever be my go-to!

Enjoying my time here. Very clean very good customer service. Told the guy about my terrible experience next door at the hotel elev8 (that place is disgusting and infested with cockroaches) and he took the time out of his day to call my room phone and make sure the room was good after a little while of me getting settled in. It shows he really cares about his guests experience. This place is great. 10/10. would stay here again.
