Streeter Park Campground

Great lil spot tucked away. Not many campers, was worried that our 40ft wouldn't fit, but it did. Parked in the spot without the hookups but was only staying a night so it was fine. Playground was nice. Bring mosquito spray, they are thick out here! Nice lil walk too around the park. Not far, circles the campground. Enough for a 3 year old to only say carry me once lol I also recommend walking up to jo jos grill, super cool robot delivers your food to your table. Would come again. Donation based. The pool was not open memorial day wknd, might have been because its raining, not sure but would have been too cold to visit anyway. 5 stars, would come again passing thru.

Aurora, Nebraska your generosity is amazing & well appreciated. My navigator discovered your park while RV cross country. It's exactly what we needed....a flat spot with electric. We were doing 3- 500 mile days... Wisconsin to New Mexico and only required quiet rest and electric to operate the heater. The next morning we dumped the tanks, plus took on some water. Stayed just 11 hours and examined your water park. OH, it's amazing having a water park. We use ours often in NM. Thanks again for offering this place.. Navigator Teri left you a nice tip and I slept well. Especially like the train whistles cause I'm a retired rail engineer. Worked many night runs & appreciate the night crews...I can hear you 😁

Ok so I read all the other reviews and they're all correct to a degree. The good, it's amazing that this place exists it's an honor system to camp here and get mostly FHU. Even if you don't get a FHU most of the spots have ews some ew and so on. There is a sewer, dump, water and trash dumpster right at the entrance to the campground. Please donate what you can $15 is suggested. When you enter the park it can be confusing but as soon as you enter turn right then immediate left. Pick a spot then go over to the info board where you'll find envelopes for a donation. This is not a destination campground 1 or 2 nights is plenty. Right across the street are a couple of restaurants I highly highly recommend the Mexican place, great food reasonable prices and huge portions. You can order ahead and

Great little spot, I happily made the donation on my trip through. Not a complaint, but know ahead that the free electric hookups are 120V (15A or 30A) only. No 240V outlets. Check out Espressions coffee shop in the morning!

Very nice park. Looks like about 16 sites with picnic tables, water and electric hookups. If sites are full they have areas to park for the night. Donations suggested. $5 for tent, $15 for camper. Playground and trials. Just at the edge of town. Short walk to gas station or McDonald's. Also, has an attached water park on the site. (Closed at the end of August.) We would definitely stop again on our way through.
