We rented one of the permanent trailers and it was a nice clean place to sleep. Just be aware that there is nothing in the kitchen or bathroom so you need to bring everything you might need. The campground is very nice and the Columbus Day weekend Halloween party is very fun. Remember to bring candy to hand out to the many trick or treaters!
My family and I have been going to strawberry park for more then 10 plus years and this new management under Ed Mayor is absolutely a nightmare! The campground is not taken care of, customer service is nonexistent and we will not be returning! Save your money and time because the new management is horrible.
Took my family there in October for the Halloween celebration. My kids loved the trick or treating. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Definitely coming back. Thank you strawberry park for such a great time.
What a fun place to spend an early halloween weekend. My son loved all of the activities. The site was large and clean. The people were very nice. No issues with noise, the staff were all amazing and helpful. Great place to bring your bike. We had a fantastic time.
The campground doesn’t look bad, kids can enjoy it, but the service isn’t that great… the bathrooms were always dirty and not all of them worked, only some… the sprinklers for the kids were damaged, the toddler pool was also damaged, one of the pools smelled like urine. The workers were constantly making rounds watching what people had on the sites (there is no privacy) and they ordered them to be removed. Tent or canopy, like what happened to me, I had to remove a 2-person pop-up tent because according to them they only accept 1 tent, but other sites had more than 1 and they didn’t say anything!! It’s a boring place… plus they charge $20 per person if someone comes to visit…. I sincerely DO NOT recommend this place…
