Cockroaches everywhere, the clientele here are sketchy and some are addicts, I sometimes hear the owner banging on doors for payment, but its warm, its relatively quiet and its better than living on the streets if you're struggling to find an apartment in today's terrible renters market. I'll give it a solid 3 stars.

Tammy was very helpful and courteous. We only needed a room for the night. The room and bathroom were very clean. Having my dog with us was no problem at all. Tammy recommended some great places to eat as well. Thank you to Tammy and Rike and all the staff for making our stay pleasant.

Stayed here on the weekly rate, I thought it looked pleasant enough from the outside. The rate was very affordable too but it appears that in order to keep it cheaper the management does not allow the housekeepers to clean your room. This means that if you stay here for more than a day or two you will soon end up living in your own filth unless you are prepared enough to bring your own vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. Also, I soon started noticing that some of the other guests apparently like to party all day, everyday and hang outside smoking and drinking. They soon started harassing us when we did not want to take up partying with them and when we explained this to management they seemed indifferent. Excellent apartments with everything you could ask for, prices are extremely generously cheap (in my opinion). Front desk gentleman (owner) is very attentive, patient and wonderful! Staff is excellent! Top marks place to stay— I highly recommend!

Me and my fiancee had to show up late for a place to sleep. Owner was helpful and gave us the only open room at a discounted price. Other staff was helpful and nice.
