Just wow! My family of 4 had the most amazing experience at Stockton Inn. Our room was basically an apt with a living room, kitchen and bedroom area. The pillows were so soft I almost stole one, and the towels were also the softest towels I've ever used. Stephanie, the Inn Manager, insisted on escorting us to our room in 5-degree temperature and helped us with our bags. We were welcomed with fresh baked cookies and fresh potato chips and the most delicious onion dip I have ever had!! My kids loved the spacious room and we felt super comfortable and relaxed. Dinner was amazing, also super accommodating for my kids that are picky eaters. From apps to dessert, everything was prepared perfectly and I truly felt like I was dining in a fancy NYC restaurant. Beautiful renovated boutique property - was disappointed initially when we saw the property from the bridge but all of that changed once we parked and went in. Wow.||Pros|Stayed in the room with a fire place and loved everything about the room- amazing bathroom, beautiful decor, very comfortable bed.|Their custom cushions are to be envied.|Lovely touches to welcome guests including a bottle of wine (unfortunately not very good but it’s the thought that counts), homemade chips and dip.|Their onsite restaurant was very tasty- only caveat is that portions are huge! |We had breakfast at their Stockton Market just across the street which was also pretty good. ||Cons|Only con is that there are no elevators and our room was up two flights of stairs - thank you to the staff for assisting with our

One of the best small town inns we've found. Cozy, charming but effortlessly design forwars and chic. Hard balance to strike, and this place nails it. Staff is so welcoming, kind and helpful, but without being over bearing. Onsite restaurant is a straight up hidden gem, multi James Beard Award team and it shows, with some of the best dishes we've had in a while and a great wine program. We stayed in the carriage house, a beautiful room with high ceilings, a great bathroom with a soaking tub and a very comfortable bed. Pet friendly, bowls put out for your pup at arrival, and a great market across the street for breakfast and coffee and good places to work remotely both at the inn and in town.

I wish I was able to give more stars! Dillon and Wes at the bar are absolutely incredible! From amazing drinks, to amazing service, to just an incredibly friendly and welcoming attitude, its very rare to feel such genuine warmth. We stopped in for just a drink and ended up sitting at the bar talking to them for a while. We ordered food and ordered more drinks just to watch their flare in bartending. It was an incredible experience and we will definitely be back sitting at the bar. I have worked in hospitality for a long time and I was genuinely blown away.
