Stilwell Hotel

Honestly not expecting such a great hotel when we booked. Rooms were spacious, clean and calm. The staff at reception couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. The outside pizza area was vibrant and friendly without being noisy. Breakfast was good (though I seem to remember not too much choice for the kids?). Location good - quiet area, short walk to town and plenty of parking so can park v close to the rooms. All in all, for the price an absolute gem and would definitely recommend/return.

Thanks so much for your hospitality. The whole team involved during our stay was absolutely amazing. We can't wait to come back to Carmel and will definitely stay here! Location is great and food was delish rooms were super comfortable with a modern luxury feel. So this place in my opinion is a 5 star to the max! Thank you guys for the memories!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. For $700 a night the room they gave us was about the size of closet and directly positioned in between the kitchen and a parking lot. This is falsely advertised and is actually a cheap motel that they put some fancy wall paper up in. Had to leave a day early because we woke up to banging pots and pans and strong food odors. They are currently refusing to refund us for the night we didn’t stay. Don’t stay here

The hotel is stylish and comfortable. We had a fireplace suite that was thoughtfully decorated, with high-end amenities. Breakfast was exceptional - so many healthy and diverse choices, all beautifully presented.s” Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pits at night. Looking forward to staying here again on future stays.

Love this hotel! I had a great experience beginning with the staff at check in (especially Angel) and a complimentary glass of champagne. The room is lovely and very comfortable. The patio with fire pits is a wonderful way to end an evening. The breakfast is superb with some very unique (and healthy) breakfast options including homemade smoothies. The only thing I would change is the in-room coffee. Espresso machines are a minority preference and difficult to operate and powdered Coffee Mate instead of half and half is a definite no!
