Stillwater Campground

This might be one of my favorite campgrounds in Utah. I love how quiet it is, the bear river flowing along and the beautiful fall colors. Tons of wildlife too, deer and moose. We booked a group campground that had a hiking trailhead on it, huge space and very private. Options to hang the hammock on other spots. The drive through Wyoming is also very relaxing and beautiful. We liked being close to Evanston since once of the days rained non stop and we just spend time there.

For an old backpacker this was more like glamping. I mean flush toilets, running water, quiet campsites and nearby access to fishing and Uinta Trailheads! You can’t ask for much more. Fire pits were clean and well maintained! Over all a great experience. I will be back. Outer campsites are a little More isolated and quiet overall.

Such a beautiful place! We will definitely camp here again. The campground hosts were super nice, campgrounds were clean, and the bathrooms were kept very clean. Dog are allowed and We enjoyed our experience here very much.

I almost don't want to leave such a great review because I don't want anyone to know about it. This was by far the cleanest campground I've been to. Even the pit toilets were beautiful. The camp hosts fold the toilet paper like a hotel does! They do an excellent job of maintaining this campground. We'll definitely be back soon

We love Stillwater Campground ! The campground hosts Zana and Woody are the Most Friendly Outgoing Helpful Couple we have ever met. The campground bathrooms are so clean and smell great. Views of the river and woods are amazing.
