Still Pond Inn

The Still Pond Inn is so wonderful! It is beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. The suites are gorgeous. Brand new, spacious and clean with comfortable beds and bedding, large bathrooms with amazing showers. The owners are great hosts, very kind and helpful with any and every need. I highly recommend staying here whenever you are in the area !! Thank you both!!

We were so delighted to stay at Still Pond Inn. The room was so lovely. We've stayed many places in the area visiting family, and Still Pond Inn is by far the best accommodation in Kent County. We will be back, if for nothing else then for the shower. Such meticulous care was taken in converting this farm house to an inn. Highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider Still Pond Inn.

Still Pond Inn is in a lovely wooded location with fields nearby. Plus it feels brand new! The owners are super friendly and helpful. Twice we've stayed in a comfortable room with its own bathroom and a private sitting room. There's coffee and tea available, a small refrigerator and microwave. The screened in porch is great for just hanging out and enjoying the peaceful setting. We took a pleasant walk to Betterton beach one evening and the next day enjoyed the Saturday Farmers market in Chestertown.

We had a wonderful stay! Dennis was an excellent host – very responsive and great with communication throughout our visit. The room was beautiful and spotless, and the location was great with just a short drive to Chestertown, where we enjoyed the Sultana Downrigging Festival and exploring stores and coffee shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Spent a few relaxing days off the grid at the bucolic Still Pond Inn. It was the perfect blend of lovely farmhouse setting with modern-day amenities. I stayed in a queen bedroom suite with a small sitting room with a mini-fridge and a spacious, spa-like bathroom (looks to be newly renovated with a sizable walk-in shower). Plus, the room had all the tech set-up modern travelers expect: climate control, voice-activated lights, all the streaming services, high-speed wifi and a flat-screen TV. I got the best rest a city dweller could ask for, while still being plugged in when I needed to. Would stay again.
