Stevens Gap RV Park

Ugh, I don't want to leave this review because I feel like I'm telling a secret🤫. If you couldn't get a 50 Amp space at the state park and your RV/camper is self contained, this place is a HIDDEN GEM! We have never camped anywhere where they have cut up firewood at each site already for you! This site is in the same area of the Armadillo loop of the state park which is conveniently located to all the great things to do in Hochatown, Beaver's Bend, and Broken Bow. The sites have 30amp/50amp, water, and waste at each site. It's a small, quaint RV park. Each site has a very nice picnic table that seats 8 and has a fire rings. I made reservations over 3 months in advance for a secluded rv spot with water front. Instead, we were given a spot next to heavy highway traffic and no water. The lots were set up well. However, the park was very overgrown, not maintained and no one on site to discuss issues with. Fire pits and grills were in a mess and allot of pieces of trash scattered due to lack of maintenance. This is the worst kept state park we have ever been in.

The rental we stayed in charged an automatic $150.00 cleaning fee. The area rugs were full of crumbs, the refrigerator had old dried food on the inside. Blinds were rigged to allow outside views of the bedrooms. Will not recommend at all!

Great, simple facility. The standout service from Ronda is the best customer service I've had so far at an RV Park, I cannot reccomed more highly!
