We spent one night here during our cross country camping trip. They have a small grass area if you need to pitch a tent. It’s next to a fenced field with 2 goats and 2 hogs. Funny neighbourhoods. The restroom was clean and spacious. Showers were hot with good water pressure. It’s next to a busy road, so there’s gonna be car noise. Ideal for RVs or trailers. We had a roof pop up, so it was okay for us. There’s limited space if you want privacy. Overall, great place if you are planning to explore the area, dog friendly and welcoming people.

We were here for two nights while we visited Steptoe Butte SP for a photography-focused vacation. We were in a campervan and we used site 14. I'm giving a five-star rating based on the fact that this is called an RV park, not a "campground", so I can't expect this business to cater to the needs of short-term campers; meaning, it would have been nice to have a laundry-type sink to wash our dishes, and to have trees or other privacy. Sites are small. Also it would have been great to have wi-fi available. BUT having written that, I am giving a 5-star review because the bathroom and shower facilities were excellent, the park was very clean, sites were completely flat, and it was also exceptionally quiet. (Yes the park is next to a "highway" but nighttime traffic is minimal, well, at least in

My husband and I stayed here for about a year while he worked at the local hospital. Plenty of space for nice walks with my 2 dogs. There's a field over by the school so we could play fetch. Laundry rooms and bathrooms were always very clean. There's a coffee shop right next that has really good coffee and breakfast burritos. The overseers of the RV park Allen and Cynthia who also do such a good job keeping up the park as well as always willing to help RVers. We travel to alot of RV parks due to my husband's job and this one has been my favorite one to stay at. The people who live there full time are also wonderful and so friendly. Being from Arkansas and so far away from home Cynthia, Allen, and the other people at the RV park made it feel like home. If your a traveling Healthcare worker

This is a clean little RV park right off the highway. The bathrooms and laundry are kept in tip top cleanliness by Cindy, the park host. This seems to more of a long term RV lot but I was able find a spot for just overnight. Steptoe Butte is just over the horizon and I was able to catch some paragliders and sunset pictures.

Spent time here from the fall through the winter 2023-2024. At first everything was fine … even fantastic. Unfortunately there were power issues and Cynthia requested we move to a different space which was way to close to a permanent structure occupied by a long term resident. We explained we did not feel comfortable being so close that the neighboring structure could hear our conversations and wouldn’t allow for our slides to fully extend. She then asked for us to break camp and move 1 spot over. Which we were happy to do. Things went fine until the power issue came back. Her solution: break camp again, stay in same spot but turn around facing the wrong direction AND plugin to the same power we used in the previous spot. Cynthia and her boyfriend are the most condescending people I’ve m
