Stephenville / Dublin KOA Journey

I've got to take a moment to review a place that has earned it's 5 stars and some. I have lived here for 7 months, in that time I have decided I do not want to live anywhere else. If you are traveling or looking for a permanent residency, I highly recommend this koa! Starting with a superb staff and all the way down to the bathrooms, this place is top tier! The lots are maintained, the bathrooms large and kept spotless, the property is gorgeous, laundry is top notch, if you need propane,u hauls, or even Christmas trees it's all here! Great place for kids and family to be! It's safe, quiet, well maintained, and such a pleasant place to live. Great location close to interstate and a nice cute little town! The owners are the greatest! And believe me they go above and beyond for their tenants!

We stayed here for 2 weeks during the big freeze..this place was awesome..I would like to give a tip of the hat to Wesley..guy was always so polite and helpful world needs more people like that...this is a large place with about 80% full timers... everyone was really nice...I think it just turned into a KOA as there were no premium sites but they went out of there way to get us a fire pit..we will definitely come back.

Our family visited for the pumpkin patch and it was so much fun! They had a variety of pumpkins, games, and activities for all ages. I highly recommend stopping by before the end of the season!

This is a very welcoming place to live, quiet, safe, and very accommodating. The facilities and the property are well maintained the staff is always very kind and helpful. Very clean location and amenities! I Highly recommend!

All they did was replace the h with a k. The definition of an HOA! Worst experience EVER! Terrible management. Picks and chooses who they like. Neighbors smoked weed outside everyday with our 2 year old son playing, maybe, 3 feet away. But we’re the ones kicked out… WITH NO WARNING, comical. Do NOT waste your time!
