Stehekin Cabin on the Lake

This is a lovely 2 bedroom home, right on an inlet of the lake, close to the Garden and the Bakery. We loved listening to the frogs singing to us in the evening, and watching the sun set over the lake. The house is clean and has a well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, and a DVD player with lots of movies to choose from. There is NO INTERNET so if that's a problem, you'd be better off choosing a different place to stay. A car plus free bikes were provided for our entire stay, and our host was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Stehekin.

Fabulous....the Silver Bay Inn surpassed all my expectations. Beautiful authentic timber framed cabin. Sandy beach, free kayaks, free bikes, private, quiet and quite possibly the best view on Lake Chelan. Reasonable rates....from now on a yearly experience.

Management is awful. I don't think it's appropriate for management to sit around and drink and smoke on padio while it's taking my dinner 40nmins and looks like there team could have used there help.

Crazy expensive unless you’re ultra rich I would not recommend trying to rent this place out Definitely not family friendly, fair warning
