Staybridge Suites Toledo - Rossford - Perrysburg by IHG

I stayed here for one night last month. I booked a suite to have some noise separation for my dog settle in the bedroom. The service was amazing from every staff member. The establishment could use a little renovation or just updates in general. The bed frames had all sorts of stains and the carpet was coming off where the floor met the kitchen tile. Overall though, the space was quiet and it met my needs for the night. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated, tile was clean! The water pressure was surprisingly really good. You can definitely hear the traffic as the window insulation is not the best, but after a certain hour, the traffic noise was minimum. Overall stay was amazing, until the next day when they rented the upstairs room to a room of elephants from the circus. Thy made god awful noise at all hours of the night. Also the shower in the room with the two double beds made a squealing noise the entire shower. that was very aggravating. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the coffee pot had leftover coffee in it. Other than that it was a great room with lots of room. Chris the evening worker was amazing. We chatted for over an hour. The lady that runs the breakfast bar was amazing as well. Very welcoming, made us feel at home.

My family and I stopped at this hotel overnight while traveling the Ohio turnpike. ||The front desk staff were pleasant, but exhibited questionable customer service. My first possible concerning experience was that the gentleman at the front desk asked to examine my credit card before I used it. After his examination, he handed my credit card back for me to swipe in the credit card machine on the counter. Then, he asked me to sign a form stating that I will be charged $500 for any room damages. Maybe this is a standard ask of all hotel guests? Lastly, he asked me if I had any pets with me (which I did not). I definitely would have indicated having a pet when making the reservation. His front desk co-worker who was clicking away in the computer all of this time told him “the room is ready”

I would first like to say thank you to Hannah the front desk clerk. Thank you for going above and beyond for me. I apologize for all the trouble my company caused you. I highly recommend this hotel. Haven't got to stay the night yet. Hopefully that gets worked out soon. Super tired from working all day. Our company sends people all over the place. And definitely to the Toledo store. It's the best store we have at our company. All the higher up, stay here. When they are in town, thank you.

Stayed at this location, January 16, 2026. Hotel is rundown. I stayed in room 223. The AC was loud also there was a constant noise coming from behind the couch. Not sure if it was a mouse or something leaking. Furniture inside of room was torn. When I placed my bags on the desk, I thought it was going to collapse. There are other hotels you can stay at. I don’t recommend this one. I was literally in the room for less than seven hours. Had to get out of that place. Good luck.
