The manager was professional and helpful, and I want to acknowledge that upfront. Unfortunately, the overall experience was dominated by rude and highly unprofessional behavior from staff, particularly at the front desk and in housekeeping. Housekeeping staff were dismissive and unwilling to provide basic services, including clean sheets. It took involving management to receive a full-service room cleaning during a two-week stay, which is unacceptable. The front desk operations were consistently problematic. Our room keys repeatedly stopped working after a single use, requiring frequent reprogramming. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I booked the two room suite with the king sized bed and two queen beds. The lady was very rude at the front desk, I had cash to pay for the room and provided a card. After just staring at me she threw my card and ID back at me and said that was unacceptable and I was not allowed to use cash whatsoever. We left and deposited my cash, came back to check in. No problems there. We went up to the room and was immediately met with plastic all over the room, tools everywhere. There was no way that we could have stayed in the room, especially with children. We go back down to the front desk. I ask her if she knew our room was under construction. She replied with "No I didn't. It was left as dirty, I assumed that housekeeping didn't change

I typically do not take the time to write these because I feel that you should have adequate expectations of the places you stay according to dollars spent on the rooms. This hotel is always very clean!! The staff are super friendly and are always available. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. I have stayed here multiple times and have yet to have a negative experience. Therefore I felt I should take the time to let other travelers be aware of the quality and value of this hotel but also give credit where credit is due.

Washing machines and dryers are usually broken or just one or two working and they are nasty. You can wash oilfield clothes in them. I really like that they have some BBQs and a pool Outside. You can chill and cook.

When I got to my room I immediately noticed the carpet had several large stains throughout the room. I reported it and was told housekeeping would be notified. Housekeeping never showed up to clean carpet. I sent an email to management the next day but no one replied. I asked the front desk if emailed received. She stated she received the email but never checked email from that morning. She stated she would provide to management. No one ever contacted me. The stay was not comfortable because room felt unclean due to dirty carpet. The towels were dingy and worn. The shower head had a lot of calcium buildup and looked disgusting.
