Staybridge Suites Miami International Airport by IHG

I had an amazing experience with the hotel hospitality, especially Tiffany and Maykel. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate me during my check in when I wasn’t feeling well. From the moment they noticed I needed assistance, they were attentive, compassionate, and incredibly professional. They made sure I had everything I needed in my room and even brought extra items to ensure I was comfortable. Their kindness and genuine care made a difficult moment so much easier, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service they provided. I’m truly grateful for their hospitality and outstanding support. Thank you, Tiffany and Maykel, for making such a positive difference in my experience!

Stayed here a couple days ago, as my flight got canceled due to the government shutdown. I was so pissed off when I got there, but these guys turned it around! They have a complimentary dinner hour there with snax snd drinks! I cooled right down and made the best of my delay. The blond manager lady was walking around and talking to all the guests. I felt like I was at a cocktail party! She was great! The valet guys were great too, but I didnt have a car| They greeted me upon arrival! Room was clean and i was happy!|Great job!!!

Mark at the front desk went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. When we checked in late at night I noticed a strong smell in our room. It has a small kitchen so I am guessing someone cooked really strong food the day or so before. The smell didn’t go away so we requested to switch rooms early the next morning . The hotel was fully booked but he managed to find us another room quickly. Everyone here has been so nice and extremely helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is great also. The shuttle driver was also prompt, extremely nice and helpful.

Loved this hotel! The staff members are so nice and accommodating! From the moment I landed, the van driver, the valet guys, breakfast team , the front desk people...everyone was so nice! I felt like I was staying st someone's home! The housekeeping team was top notch and my room was immaculate! The Staybridge brand offers huge suites, and complimentary delicious breakfast, + complimentary evening food! This hotel is clean, the people are amazing, and thr location is so convenient to get in/out/around Miami. Fantastic choice to stay here!

Positive: Rooms were big. My shuttle driver was very kind and helpful when I told him about the shuttle not being wheelchair accessible. I would have not booked this hotel if I was told the shuttle was not wheelchair accessible. My shuttle driver was the best. Negative: morning staff made me feel like I was wasting their time. Other staff was very nice. I was told the airport shuttle was wheelchair accessible when i called to confirm my bookings and it wasn't.
