Staybridge Suites Corpus Christi by IHG

Second night there i seen a roach crawling on one of the walls in my room then i seen a dead roach in the loby that no one picked up and was still ther the morning after when i went to work , the front desk is not much help. Every time they cleand my room witch was only 3 times in a 2 week spand it was just not done right there was an issue the 3 times ,garbage from under the kitchen sink was left then you don't get the towels right , i did not pick this hotel but i will assure you that i will never come back to this one ,was here on a job ,on an other note the washers did work well and its an ok location but there are other hotel to pick from well i hope this helps so you will not get Disappointed staying here ( no photos of roches i wish i did get them to share here)

Positive: Hotel was under renovation, which made it less clean/convenient however the staff went above and beyond to be polite and very apologetic for the current conditions. Negative: I booked a handicap accessible room…now nonrefundable when the hotel called to let me know that they were under construction. My handicapped mother was ununable to come on our trip… it would’ve been impossible with elevators not 100%available for use.

I was able to stay in one of their recently remodel room that was very clean and very comfortable. The air conditioner work amazing. They offer a social hour to meet with other guest and staff. When I arrived I was great very a very pleasant supervisor named Wasim. He asked if I needed help with anything that was a great experience but even more pleasant was the frount desk staff Bharath. He made sure i was comfortable and also checked in on me when I came down to make sure everything was good and invited me to the social. Thaks for a great stay.

The renovations are beautiful. The location is very convenient. The staff were polite. The hotel was bery clean. The pool was being renovated and the Social Hour was awful, but without any fuss, IHG corporate ultimately ensured my satisfaction.

Staybridge Suites turned what could have been a good stay into an exceptional one, thanks to Julian and Mariah's outstanding professionalism and the hotel staff's warm hospitality. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for anything from a quick overnight to a longer stay, while the afternoon social and breakfast offered very good food that added a nice touch. We felt genuinely cared for from check-in to checkout, and we would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
