Staybridge Suites Cincinnati East - Milford, an IHG Hotel

Positive: It was quiet, the breakfast was good. Negative: There's only one bathroom off the breakfast area and it's for men and women. The dishes from the previous guests were still in the dishwasher and the glasses had black goo on them

This is a beautiful hotel with great decor. The room was very comfortable and had all of the best amenities you could ask for. The room and the hotel in general were clean and inviting. The bathroom was very nice and has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand lotion provided. The hotel rate was quite reasonable for the area. Complimentary breakfast and an evening social hour is offered. The location of the hotel is very nice and there are many good restaurants in the area.

Stopped here for a night on a roadtrip with our five month old and my husband could not have picked a better spot for us to stay. There was ample space for our baby to play after being in the car all day, the kitchen is spacious and the room is clean, new and offers high quality amenities. The service from the front desk was incredible. They even offered recommendations for where to get dinner with our child in mind. This was right off the highway with so many places that eat and grab anything you forgot. We will be back

Everything about our stay was great except for the noise coming from the room above us. The only solution offered—to move us to another room—was not acceptable, as it would have inconvenienced us rather than addressing the source of the problem. We should not have to be inconvenienced for issues caused by other guests. I understand that the guest above us may have been staying for an extended period, but if their behavior is disruptive, they should be the ones required to accommodate, not us. We also have a lot of belongings, so moving rooms is not a reasonable solution. Night two was just as disruptive as night one. I can't say enough on how top notch this hotel and staff are. From the moment of making my reservation, to arriving early on the day of reservation. This hotel was very accommodating. Every time I passed the front desk they asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was delicious. I can't thank you enough for making my stay so enjoyable.
