Stay Inn Motel Harbor City

Absolutely terrible customer service and room was filthy. One of the small towels had poop and was left in the bathtub. I worked as a nurse I knew clearly by the stinch from a distance and the color this was feces. All the other towels were filthy with different unusual stains. Plus, we addressed to the male owner we would be staying till Monday how much will he charge and we paid the full amount and they kicked us out one day prior to our checkout date. They are very good pathological liars. If they want to be transparent they would by displaying the camera footage evidence of what was clearly spoken on the checking in date. Now I understand why they didn't want to provide a check in and check out email or printed paper because of their own convenience.

roaches and bed bugs. People are rude and try to charge unnecessarily. they beat around the bush and pretend to be upfront. Why own a hotel business if you’re just going to treat people that way

I don't see how this hotel received a 5 star, maybe it was due to the location. And if you don't look at the pictures right onsite you will miss it. No coffee pot, no phone, iron or ironing board. Otherthen that, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.

Room has all the essentials. Soap, shampoo and plenty of room for a pair that's willing to get a room on their own. About 5 minute drive from the mall and 15 minute drive, by street, to any beach on the coast.
