Stay Beyond Inn & Suites

I booked the Jaquizzi Suite at the Stay Beyond Inn room 104, January 15-16th and was charged $167.30. Problem with the toilet not flushing so the desk gave me a plunger in a bucket. Do-able for the Jaquzzi tub which is Exceptional! The Manager Beau adjusted my charges to compensate my trouble and my check-in guy Corey is beyond Exceptional in customer skills, plus Rachael was knowledgeable and helpful with the plunging... All in all, I being a local will go for another Jacuzzi retreat BUT not until they fix the toilet ;)

Worst place ever. Went there this weekend after I traveled 5 hours with a newborn. We had that bad windstorm and the power went out not even 10 mins of being there. Thought they would have a backup generator?? Guess not. Wouldn’t even give us a discount stay because apparently I didn’t ask them if they had a generator before hand? So I had to stay in a cold room with a newborn and I got the jacuzzi room couldn’t even use anything that I paid almost $200 for. What a joke. The manager needs fired he doesn’t know how to run a hotel the front desk lady in the morning was super rude. Trying to say the hotel is 20yrs old that’s why it doesn’t have a generator… houses that are 100 years old have generator hook ups. Then when you try to call the manager and him tell you he will call you back then

Good hotel, rooms are nice but the walls are thin, I could here my neighbors talking even though they seemed to be having a normal conversation.

I had an early morning procedure at the hospital so I reserved a room for the night before, perfect location. We were greeted by a young man who was very helpful and was really nice, we got our key card and headed to our room. When we opened the door to find dirty bedding and dust rags in the room still we were blown away. I walked down and told the young man I'd like him to go look at the room and once inside he even said the room was supposed to be clean and he'd get us in another room which he did plus he helped me pack our things over to the new room. I looked around and was absolutely shocked there wasn't a mini fridge or microwave in the room, I asked about it and he said they don't have them that there were ice machines to help myself. Average 2 star hotel experience. That said there was nothing wrong or unexpected, which is always a win. The lady who greeted us as the front desk was delightful to talk with and very helpful. Sadly I never got her name but it seemed she had worked there for some time.
